In the July 2024 issue of the Law Journal of Business and Corporate Law [Dikaio Epicheiriseon kai Etaireion] (p. 625), published the article of our Partner, Konstantinos Bairaktaris, in relation to a very interesting matter of the opposition that one shareholder should express in order to be legitimated in bringing an action seeking the annulment of a General Meeting’s decision.

In the November – December 2023 issue of Law Journal of the Athens Bar Association “Nomiko Vima” (p. 1405), in relation to Supreme Court Ruling 243/2023, were published the remarks of the Head of our office, Sokratis Papachatzis, regarding the issue of the legitimizing role of legal interest in the filing of a declaratory action by a third party, in cases involving the occurrence of an insured risk under a group insurance contract.
