Our Partner Konstantinos Bairaktaris was speaking at the Bar Association seminar on Civil Law.
In the extremely useful book “The Société Anonyme in Practice”, our company’s Partner, Konstantinos – Plotinos Bairaktaris, participates by drafting Lawsuits’ templates in the chapter on corporate transformations, as well as more general related remarks.
In the July 2024 issue of the Law Journal of Business and Corporate Law [Dikaio Epicheiriseon kai Etaireion] (p. 625), published the article of our Partner, Konstantinos Bairaktaris, in relation to a very interesting matter of the opposition that one shareholder should express in order to be legitimated in bringing an action seeking the annulment of a General Meeting’s decision.
In the November – December 2023 issue of Law Journal of the Athens Bar Association “Nomiko Vima” (p. 1405), in relation to Supreme Court Ruling 243/2023, were published the remarks of the Head of our office, Sokratis Papachatzis, regarding the issue of the legitimizing role of legal interest in the filing of a declaratory action by a third party, in cases involving the occurrence of an insured risk under a group insurance contract.
In the January – February 2023 issue of Law Journal of the Athens Bar Association “Nomiko Vima” (p. 84), in relation to Supreme Court Ruling 1555/2022, were published the remarks of the Head of our office, Sokratis Papachatzis, regarding the preferential treatment of the Greek State in relation to the issue of the accrual of interest on claims against it, in light of the new legislative framework.
In the December 2022 issue of Law Journal of the Athens Bar Association “Nomiko Vima” (p. 1957), the review of the Head of our office, Sokratis Papachatzis, was published, regarding process of Pilot Trial in the field of Civil Procedure, in light of Act No. 3/2022 of the Committee under Article 20A, paragraph 1 of Law 4842/2021.
