Socratis is a Lawyer at the Supreme Court, a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2003, and holds a Master’s degree in International, European, and Economic Law from the Athens University of Economics and Business (MSc). He is also a PhD candidate in the Department of Shipping and Business Services at the University of the Aegean, a member of the Editorial Board of the historic legal journal “Nomiko Vima”, and the author of numerous scientific publications.
He has served as legal counsel to major companies, providing highly specialized and multifaceted legal services in matters of corporate law, intellectual property, and fair and unfair competition law.
Since 2010, he has further specialized in handling cases related to private insurance law and the protection of policyholders’ rights, achieving numerous successful court outcomes against major insurance companies under liquidation. Today, he represents thousands of policyholders and affected parties from the liquidated insurance companies “ASPIS PRONIA A.E.G.A.,” “COMMERCIAL VALUE AAE,” and “VDV LEBEN INTERNATIONAL A.E.A.Z.”
He speaks Greek, English, and French.
